Founded by Christos Koulouriotis DipWSET, The Knack Project is a deeply personal exploration of place, driven by a passion for minimal intervention and the natural wine movement. Working with family-owned vineyards around his hometown of Megara - the majority of which are old vines - Christos crafts wines in tiny quantities, each one shaped to express both the character of the grape and the terroir of the Geraneia Mountains.
The Hippie Pét Nat is a joyful, fruit-driven rosé sparkling wine, bursting with playful bubbles and vibrant personality. It is bottled mid-fermentation, unfiltered, and made with no additives, capturing a raw, expressive sense of the vineyard.
Sourced from old vines, the field blend brings together Savatiano, Mouchtaro, and Roditis, each variety adding its own layer of character to create a wine that is both complex and effortlessly balanced. With just 620 bottles produced and no two quite the same, it’s as rare as it is individual.
In the glass, it shows a bright pink hue, with lifted aromas of strawberry, pomegranate, peach and a delicate touch of rose petals.
