Photos of the damage may be requested.

Replacement or full refund will be offered for verified damage or fault.

Due to alcohol regulations, returns for change of mind or taste preferences cannot be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
