Refunds and Returns
Contact us within 5 working days of delivery if a product is incorrect, damaged or faulty.

Photos of the damage may be requested.

Replacement or full refund will be offered for verified damage or fault, or incorrect items.

Due to alcohol regulations, returns for change of mind or taste preferences cannot be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before processing by contacting us immediately.

Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled.
