What's inside
Zacharias - Lexis Kidonitsa 2024
An intriguing white made from one of Greece's rarest grape varieties. Oak fermentation and six months on fine lees bring a creamy texture and gentle notes of smoke, vanilla and nuts, layered with apricot, peach and citrus. A distinctive partner for roasted squash, creamy dishes and richly flavoured fish.
Papadopoulos - Rapsani 2024
A natural red from the slopes of Mount Olympus, blending Xinomavro, Krassato and Stavroto from old vines. Expect forest fruits, wild herbs, savoury complexity and fresh acidity, with velvety tannins. Made for slow-cooked lamb, mushroom recipes and warming autumn dishes.
Haritatos - Madame H. 2021
A more structured expression of Mavrodaphne from Kefalonia, aged for two years in oak. Ripe plum and cherry meet sweet spice and laurel, with a velvety texture and a subtle chocolate finish. A lovely match for aubergine dishes, kebabs and roast beef.
Three wines. Three recipes. A delicious introduction to Greece's indigenous grapes.
