Founded by Christos Koulouriotis DipWSET, The Knack Project is a deeply personal exploration of place, driven by a passion for minimal intervention and the natural wine movement. Working with family-owned vineyards around his hometown of Megara - the majority of which are old vines - Christos crafts wines in tiny quantities, each one shaped to express both the character of the grape and the terroir of the Geraneia Mountains.
Lulu Pet Nat is a playful, small-batch sparkling red wine made from Mouchtaro grapes, bursting with energy and personality. Born in the Geraneia Mountains from 42-year-old vines at 630 metres altitude, it captures both freshness and a sense of place in a style that doesn’t take itself too seriously - perfect for warm, easy-going summer days.
Made in just 250 bottles, this rare release is all about vibrancy and drinkability. Expect lively aromas of pomegranate, strawberry and raspberry, lifted by hints of dried flowers. On the palate, it’s juicy and fruit-forward with soft tannins and a gentle sparkle, making it as refreshing as it is distinctive.
